My nurse was amazing as always!!!! Nurse Louise is AMAZING at what she does!!! I love her and she does incredible work but the front desk experience was really disappointing. The clinic expects clients to be on time, yet I waited almost an hour without a single heads-up or apology from them, my nurse was super apologetic which I appreciate heaps again, she’s amazing!!!! BUT!!! Basic communication and respect for clients’ time is seriously needed. I booked my 12:00pm lip filler appointment two months in advance and arrived early, but I wasn’t seen until 12:50pm with no communication at all about the delay. When I asked the receptionist for an update, I was met with dismissive responses like, “she’ll be done when she’s done with her client” which felt like 1. Obvious but also 2. Rude…. Only after asking again was I told it’d be another 15 minutes or that I could switch nurses, which I said no since I wasn’t confident with anyone but her hence why I booked her. Again amazing WORK but reception was disappointing

I seen Megan today. I had a deluxe microdermabrasion and then a mask. She was so kind, gentle, informative and very patient. Very relaxing. The soft music, soft lights, the cleanliness of the place, all made the experience so very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you, Megan and Elita Cosmetics. Very happy.

I saw Nurse Jennifer for my lip filler and she was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a vascular occlusion before from another injector (not an injector from Elita) and i’ve been hesitating since! Nurse Jennifer made me feel comfortable, answered ALL my questions and made my lips look absolutely GORGEOUS. I can’t stop looking at myself and i’m keen to see her again! I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone wanting to get some work done! Doctor Naf was also a pleasure to meet on the phone. She made sure i was comfortable going ahead even with my previous occlusion!

Been coming here just a little over 10yes I started off seeing Dr Naf and than moved on with nurse Louise, (no reason) I'm so happy with Louise, she's so honest and open and very understanding. I highly recommend. Don't be scared to ask questions. If you're thinking about going here's ur sign! BOOK THAT APPOINTMENT 🙏🏻
